Primitive

Our primitive tent sites are designed to appeal to those tent campers who want to “rough it” but who still appreciate access to all campground amenities. Each site has a fire ring and picnic table and is designed to comfortably accommodate one to two tents and up to four people. Our bathhouse and city water faucets are within easy walking distance. These are just $18.31 per night for up to two adults and two children.


	Pictured are primitive sites 123 - 128. Please note that the stream pictured is Obar Branch and that it is dry most of the year. It is not spring-fed, but rather carries excess rain water off of Raccoon Mountain.


	Pictured at right are sites 80 (far left) and 82. These sites are shaded in the morning but receive sun during the afternoon hours. These are our largest primitive sites and are perfect for large groups or families. They also offer an excellent view of Raccoon Mountain.
