Our water & electric only sites are usually preferred by pop-ups, van campers, or tent campers.  All but two of these sites are back-in sites. Most are heavily shaded, several are pool-front, and a few are adjacent to our main bathhouse.

Our water and electric sites have 20 and 30 amp electric service and city water. These sites are just $24.00 + tax per night (back-in) and $26.00 + tax per night (pull-thru) for up to four people (two adults + two children). These sites were designed for tent camping, pop-ups, van campers, and small travel trailers / motorhomes.

New for 2009: We are adding eight new water & electric (20/30/50 amp) pull-thru sites that will be 30-35’ wide and up to 75’ in length.  It is anticipated that these sites will be available by early March and should be perfect for large motorhomes with tow vehicles, 5th wheels, etc.  They will not have shade for a few years but will be great for those campers with large combined lengths who do not need sewer or cable TV. These sites will be just $26.00 + tax per night for up to four people (two adults + two children).
