We encourage campers to make advance reservations, especially if you are planning to stay on either a Friday or Saturday night or during a holiday period. Anyone seeking either a cabin or large, pull-thru RV site is also encouraged to make advance reservations regardless of arrival date. A reservation is also strongly recommended if you are planning to spend more than one night. All sites are subject to prior reservation, so it is possible that a site that is available one night may not be available subsequent nights.   

Reservations are required for Wild Cave tours and large groups for all types of cave tours. Crystal Palace walking tours do not require reservations.

RESERVATIONS:  You can contact us directly either on our toll free number (800-823-2267) or at (423) 821-9403.  Extension 2 will give you the camp office.

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS: Cabins & Camp Sites: We require that all reservations be guaranteed with a credit card. TheIt is our policy not to charge your card in advance but we will do so in the event that you either do not show or fail to cancel as outlined below. In the event that your card is declined, we will attempt to contact you if this should happen so that alternative payment can be arranged.  By providing a credit card number, you agree to waive your rights to dispute any charge related to a cancellation that is made after the cancellation deadline.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Camp Sites: Guests must give a two day advance notice in order to cancel a reservation. When calling to cancel, you must speak with a guest services associate.   Requests must be made during business hours of 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern. We are sorry, but we do not accept reservations or cancellations via either e-mail or messages left on our voice mail. You must cancel by 12:00 noon Eastern time two days before your reservation, or you will be charged one night stay plus tax.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Cabins:  Guests must give a seven day advance notice in order to cancel a reservation. When calling to cancel, you must speak with a guest services associate.   Requests must be made during business hours of 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern. We are sorry, but we do not accept reservations or cancellations via either e-mail or messages left on our voice mail. If you cancel within seven days of your reservation, you will be charged one night stay plus tax.

MINIMUM STAY: We have a three day minimum stay requirement during holiday periods (Memorial Day weekend, July 4th, and Labor Day) and a two day minimum stay requirement for weekends (Friday-Saturday or Saturday-Sunday).

CANCELLATION POLICY - Wild Cave Tours:  There are no cancellations or refunds. If you fail to arrive for your tour, we incur all the same expenses and may have turned others away; therefore, guests who fail to show for a tour or fail to arrive at the scheduled time will not be refunded the tour price. PLEASE KNOW WE ARE ON EASTERN TIME. PLEASE SCHEDULE YOUR TRAVEL TO ARRIVE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR TOUR START TIME.


pets

Pets are permitted on the campground (although not in the cabins) but we do ask that you leave the family Pit Bull, Pit Bull mixes, Doberman, or Rottweiler at home. The State of Tennessee has a few rules which must be strictly observed. These include:

  • Your pet must be leashed at all times when outside

  • Your pet must wear a valid rabies ID tag at all times

  • You must immediately remove any pet waste from your site

  • You cannot leave your pet unattended outside your RV or camper at any time. If you leave the site, your pet must either leave with you or be secured inside your RV.

  • We are required to contact the Sheriff’s Department and County Health Department if a dog bite occurs on the property.

Nobody likes a barking dog and we ask that you exercise control over your pet so that we do not receive complaints from your neighbors. In the event that we do receive a complaint, we will ask you to remedy the problem. After a second complaint, we will ask you to keep the pet inside your RV or camper. A third complaint will result in your being asked to leave the park. Naturally, no refund of any camping fees is possible in this situation.

Pets are not permitted in the camp store, gift shop, or cave.
